We are happy to refund the price of your item/s and an equal percentage of shipping for the following reasons.

• Stock arrived damaged
• Stock never arrived
• Incorrect species were sent

Please email a photograph of damaged stock or incorrect species to qldtubestock@outlook.com as soon as you can after receival.

We do not issue refunds due to change of mind or you not reading the item description properly.
