Aethionema cordifolium "Lebanese Cress"

A perennial, water-loving plant with edible leaves that taste a lot like carrot! Great for salads and the fern-like leaves make a very attractive garnish as well. It is super easy to grow, either in a pot with a dish of water underneath, in a moist part of the garden, or even on pond margins. It grows like a low groundcover and will root as it spreads.
