Eucalyptus camaldulensis "River Red Gum"

An iconic Australian tee, the River Red Gum is often seen growing along watercourses in inland Australia. They can get BIG; one tree near Moulamein has a trunk circumference of 11.6m! They have a nice fairly spreading canopy, so a good shade tree. Also produces desirable timber. One of the favourite food trees of koalas. The white flowers provide good bee fodder.
