This is the Aussie native from which Tea Tree Oil is distilled! A large, fast growing bushy shrub. To help it bush out even more, tip prune whilst young. Alternatively, you can make it into a tree shape just by lopping off the lower branches as it grows. It has papery bark and gets covered in puffy white flowers during Summer. Great for one of those tough spots which can get quite wet and quite dry during different seasons; this species will cope with that well. Can be used for screening. Definitely best in full or mostly sun; it'll sulk and get leggy in the shade.
